Tammara’s primary specialty and passion is the assessment and treatment of adult language disorders, specifically aphasia. She is a National Aphasia Association member and a national aphasia expert as well as an expert in cognitive retraining. She received her Master of Science degree from the University of Vermont in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has been nationally certified clinically competent by ASHA, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, since 1999. Tammara is currently licensed in four states, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and Florida. Tammara has received the ASHA ACE award for excellence in continuing education. Tammara is a certified Vital Stim provider, a certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) specialist, and an Evergreen Certified Dementia Care Specialist.
