Get a T-Shirt at the NAA’s Online Store

If you attend the monthly Aphasia Cafe, you know we love spotlighting aphasia t-shirts. It all started when Marshall wore an aphasia-themed shirt to the chat. Soon, other people wore aphasia-themed clothing they found online, and a tradition began. We use the first three minutes of the chat to admire everyone’s shirt. Little did the participants know that the NAA has been working for months to open our online store, filled with shirts to raise aphasia awareness or provide communication tips.

And in a few months, it will also contain one of YOUR designs.

How To Access the Store

Our online store launched with two t-shirt designs, and you can buy one right now. All profits benefit the NAA and its programs.

The first is our general NAA shirt:

The second features an acrostic set of communication tips spelling out the word “aphasia.”

Both shirts come in multiple sizes but are stocked in limited quantities. We will add more stock and designs (as well as non-clothing items) in the future. Our team ships the shirts from Brooklyn, NY, via USPS, and they will go out as quickly as possible. Any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped during business hours. Order your t-shirt now.

Your Designs

In the future, we will have more choices, including YOUR designs. We are running a t-shirt contest for Night of Aphasia Arts 2024. Details for the contest will go up in December when we open submissions for Night of Aphasia Arts 2024. In the meantime, start thinking about how YOU want to show aphasia awareness and sketching or writing your ideas for a t-shirt. We cannot wait to see what you create.
