Event Series Event Series: Mindfulness Meditation

Join us for a 5 week special program from the NAA. These sessions include explanations of the principles of mindfulness meditation, guided meditations and discussion. No prior meditation experience required.

 

Thursdays in March and April 4 at 8 PST / 11 EST.
