What is the research about?
- Studying the way that brain function changes over the timecourse of recovery after stroke
- Aiming to understand how brain networks change to support better post-stroke outcomes
- Involves required behavioral testing, EEG and MRI imaging is optional
- Come in 6-9 days over the course of 1 year

Who is this study for?
- History of stroke
- At least 18 years old
- Learned English at 8 years or younger
Who is this study not for?
- Have had other brain conditions that could impact interpretation of results (such as multiple sclerosis, dementia, head injury with loss of consciousness, tumor)
- Have a severe psychiatric condition that would interfere with participation in the study
- Have a history of a diagnosed learning disorder
- Have hearing or vision loss that interferes with performance on behavioral tests even after correction with glasses or hearing aids
