Savannah Speech & Hearing Center is a nonprofit committed to improving communication and quality of life for individuals of all ages. Our licensed speech-language pathologists provide comprehensive, individualized therapy for adults with aphasia, stroke, and other neurological conditions affecting speech and language.

We are proud to offer the Speak Easy, a free support group for stroke and traumatic brain injury survivors focused on aphasia recovery and social connection. The Speak Easy meets each Friday from 10am – 11:30am EST in person or via Zoom. We provide a welcoming, low-pressure environment where individuals can practice communication, gain confidence, and connect with others who understand their journey.
