Dedicated to Dr. Michelle Bourgeois

Dr. Bourgeois was a fierce advocate for people with different types of dementia, including PPA. She served on the NAA PPA Task Force and facilitated our PPA Chats. We honor her legacy by fulfilling one of her wishes: to provide families living with PPA the resources they need. Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA) is not caused by a stroke. It is caused by a degenerative disease.  The NAA offers resources to people and families living with PPA. These pages will be regularly updated.
