National Nonprofit & Professional Organizations

Aphasia Information display on a table

In addition to our advisors, committees, and volunteers, the National Aphasia Association proudly recognizes a number of national nonprofit organizations doing vital work related to aphasia, stroke, brain injury, primary progressive aphasia (PPA), and related neurological conditions.

These are independent nonprofit organizations that work alongside us in advocacy, education, research, and support. They are not advisory members or NAA programs, but we include them here to help individuals and families better understand the broader landscape of support and resources available nationwide.

If you’re looking for direct aphasia services, local aphasia centers, or support groups, please visit our Resources Directory
