I Am Not Confused, I’m Celebrating: A Holiday Communication Workbook for Adults with Aphasia — Words, Scripts, Communication Cards, and Family Support for the Season

I Am Not Confused — I’m Celebrating is a holiday communication workbook created for adults living with aphasia and for the families and caregivers who support them during the holiday season.

The workbook combines practical communication support with gentle, large-print activities designed around real holiday situations. It includes conversation prompts, scripts for common questions, support-person guidance, holiday vocabulary, word-finding and matching activities, feelings and social situations, dinner-table communication, and simple seasonal exercises.

The goal is to help reduce communication pressure during gatherings and make it easier for people with aphasia to participate, express preferences, and stay connected with family and friends.

The book is available in both paperback and hardcover editions.
