At the National Aphasia Association (NAA), our mission is to provide meaningful support to people living with aphasia and to raise awareness about this often misunderstood condition. As part of that mission, we offer a variety of programs for individuals with primary progressive aphasia (PPA) and primary progressive apraxia of speech (PPAOS)—including their communication partners.
Thanks to a generous donation from Outdrive Aphasia, we are excited to expand our PPA programming and develop new resources for the PPA community.
One of our most popular offerings is PPA Chats, a welcoming online group where individuals and families affected by PPA and PPAOS can connect, share, and support each other. We also have a support community group for care partners of people living with PPA and PPAOS.
