What is the research about?
- We are doing this research to improve how reliable aphasia research is. This is important because aphasia research leads to treatments and assessments, and we want to make sure these treatments and assessments are based on reliable research.
- During the experiment, participants will complete aphasia tests, and complete tasks involving picture naming, making sentences about pictures on a screen, and selecting between pictures on screen.
- We will track participants' eye movements during part of the task using webcams.
- We will also record speech samples.
- Participants will complete 2 sessions of 1-2 hours each. The sessions are scheduled about one week apart.
