More Information: Conversations that Connect is a supportive education series for care partners after an aphasia diagnosis. Communication may feel different, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Each session combines trusted information, practical communication strategies, discussion, and hope – so you can feel more confident today and prepared for tomorrow.
