The National Aphasia Association is excited to announce the relaunch of our newly updated Aphasia Quiz, a modernized version of one of our longest-standing educational tools. Now more interactive, accessible, and up to date with the latest information—this quiz is designed to support everyone from professionals to curious learners to our growing Ambassador community.

Why a Quiz?
Aphasia is a complex condition that affects millions of people, yet awareness remains low. That’s why NAA has long offered a quiz—to bust myths, clarify facts, and spark better understanding.
The updated version still does all that—but with plain language, clear explanations, and a format designed to support:
✅ Educators and healthcare professionals
✅ Aphasia Ambassadors and advocates
✅ Persons with Aphasia, Family members and Care Partners
✅ Students and curious community members
What’s New?
The 2026 version of the Aphasia Quiz includes:
✔️ Fresh, accurate language that reflects current research and understanding
✔️ A mix of multiple choice and true/false questions
✔️ Instant feedback with explanations after each answer
✔️ A downloadable printable version for in-person workshops, classrooms, or support groups
How Can You Use It?
Whether you’re teaching a class, presenting to a local group, or just trying to explain aphasia to a friend, this quiz is a practical, shareable tool that helps people engage with the topic of aphasia in a clear and friendly way.
Some ideas for use:
- Ambassadors: Use it after your awareness talks to gauge impact.
- Educators: Include it in health or speech-language curriculum.
- Clinicians: Share with new staff or caregivers to build understanding.
- Advocates: Post it on social media to start a conversation.
