Topic: Learn and share resources and strategies for wellness and self-care for people with aphasia and their care partners.

More Information: Join us to support well-being in your daily life. This may include movement, mindfulness, social connection, nutrition, or music and art. Participants share ideas and learn to approaches to living well with aphasia. This group is advised by Katherine Noyes (NAA Program Coordinator and Owner of Lotus Speech & Wellness) and Sharon Mosley (Owner of The Fit Talk Counseling and Health Coaching; email sharon@TheFitTalk.com).
