The NAA Speech Bubble Tour

The National Aphasia Association celebrated Aphasia Awareness Month in a brand new way for June of 2026. The NAA Speech Bubble Tour was a month-long, nationwide adventure designed to bring aphasia awareness to communities across the country.

30 Stops in 30 Days

Every day of June, the NAA Speech Bubble made a stop in a different location. Each morning, we shared a photo of the NAA Speech Bubble in a “mystery” location on social media. Using the photo and three clues, our community guessed where the NAA Speech Bubble might be. In the evening a video revealed where it was, and we got to meet aphasia advocates – both individuals and organizations – around the country!

Continuing the Conversation

Aphasia Awareness doesn’t end in June! Here are some ways to continue the conversation about aphasia:

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the NAA Speech Bubble tour this year! And to all of our aphasia advocates out there – THANK YOU! Any action, whether big or small, makes a difference in aphasia awareness.
